Upon receipt of the first notice of loss from the insured or agent, we will proceed to establish the claim in the agent management system.

This will include locating the insured, choosing the correct policy, entering the date of loss, a detailed description, and any other pertinent information available.

Subsequently, we will forward the claim form to the carrier and arrange for follow-up regarding the claim number and adjuster information.

Upon completion of these steps, we will notify the insured/agent via email, confirming that the claim has been reported.
