The agent will email Cancellation notices to us.
Upon receipt, we will visit the carrier’s website to verify if a reinstatement has been processed.
If reinstatement has occurred, the cancellation notice will be disregarded. If no reinstatement is found, we will email the cancellation notice to the insured, detailing the cancellation date and the amount due.
A follow-up will be set up to ensure payment by the insured and confirmation of reinstatement.
