The insureds or agents will forward change request to us.
Upon receipt, we will identity the changes needed, update the agent management system as per the change request and generate the corresponding form.
Subsequently, we will email the change request form to the carrier and establish a follow-up in the agent management system to ensure accurate processing of the change.
We will then email the insured/agent that the change request has been completed.
