The agent will send an email request to us to bill the policy in the agent management system.

The email will include the payment receipt and quote to assist us in billing. We will make sure the parent and writing company, policy term is correct. If not, we will update. We will enter the premium, commission rate, taxes, fees, and financed amount (If policy is financed) into the agent management system and create an invoice.

Once completed, we will email the agent and notify them of any issues.
